Shipping, Returns, and Refund Policy

We aim to make your shopping experience seamless. Below you'll find details about our shipping, returns and refund process, as well as information on pricing, VAT and customs.

1. Shipping
   1. We currently ship to the UK. All products are made to order to minimise waste. Once processed, orders typically arrive within 4 to 9 weeks, but we always aim to dispatch items as soon as they are ready.
   2. If you would like us to ship to a country outside the UK, please contact us at order@ambersen.uk to enquire, and we’ll see what we can do.
2. Returns
   1. You may return items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, in line with UK law. Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging.
   2. At this time, we do not cover return postage—return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty. Please contact order@ambersen.uk for return instructions before sending your item back.
3. Refunds
   1. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s). We’ll notify you once your return has been inspected and your refund issued.
4. Pricing, VAT & Customs
   1. UK Orders
      1. As Ambersen is not VAT-registered, no VAT is applied to UK orders. Orders are dispatched from the UK, and no additional charges are expected for UK customers.
   2. Orders Outside the UK
      1. For orders sent outside the UK, local customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees may apply. These charges are set by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. Ambersen is not liable for any delays, taxes, or fees incurred during customs clearance.
   3. If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs charges, the customer will be responsible for:
      1. The original shipping cost
      2. Any customs or return fees (these will be deducted from your refund)
