Shipping, Returns, and Refund Policy

We aim to make your shopping experience seamless. Below you'll find details about our shipping, returns and refund process, as well as information on pricing, VAT and customs for UK, Europe and international orders.

  1. Shipping
    1. We currently ship to the UK and selected countries in Europe, with delivery times and costs varying by location.
    2. All products are made to order to minimise waste. Once processed, orders typically arrive within 4 to 9 weeks, but we always aim to dispatch items as soon as they are ready.
    3. If you would like us to ship to a country not included in our current list, please contact us at contact@ambersen.uk to enquire and we’ll see what we can do.
  2. Returns
    1. You may return items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, in line with the EU Consumer Rights Directive. Items must be unused, unwashed and returned in their original packaging.
    2. At this time, we do not cover return postage—return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty. Please contact order@ambersen.uk for return instructions before sending your item back.
  3. Refunds
    1. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s). We’ll notify you once your return has been inspected and your refund issued.
  4. Pricing, VAT & Customs
    1. UK Orders
      1. As Ambersen is not VAT-registered, no VAT is applied to UK orders. Orders are dispatched from the UK, and no additional charges are expected for UK customers.
    2. EU & International Orders
      1. For orders sent outside the UK—including to the EU, Asia and other international regions—local customs duties, import taxes or handling fees may apply. These charges are set by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
    3. Ambersen is not liable for any delays, taxes or fees incurred during customs clearance.
    4. If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs charges, the customer will be responsible for:
      1. The original shipping cost
      2. Any customs or return fees (these will be deducted from your refund)
